L SITIO DE LA CASA” is a rural complex located in the small town of Arico Nuevo, considered “Joint Historical Artistic”, within the municipal term of Villa de Arico, in the South zone of the island of Tenerife. This small town begins to acquire importance as of century XVIII, moment at which the families landowners settle in him and more construct to their houses being based on the architectonic style colonial Spanish. At the east present time population nucleus account with about 145 inhabitants which allows him to conserve that spirit of tranquillity and calmness very characteristic of the small towns that distribute themselves by all the orography of the Island of Tenerife. Arico Nuevo is located to 350 meters of height and enjoys an annual average temperature of 22ºCs and a very low average of rains. It is very well communicated by highway and to about 20 minutes of the Airport the International “Queen Sofía” New Arico it has a valuable architectonic patrimony what together with to the beauty of his places and the bonanza of his climate they make of him a suitable and attractive place for the development of the Rural Tourism. Many of their houses have been recovered recently respecting the traditional architectonic style what it allows him to continue maintaining his original beauty and the harmony with the rural means in which is located.

Characteristics of the Rural Complex:
The Complex has a surface of 2000m2 in which are five buildings that date from Century XVIII. Totally reformed respecting the colonial style of the Canary traditional architecture, they harmoniously combine tradition, comfort and elegance. This allows that our visitors enjoy in each stay of a calm and exquisite atmosphere. The Complex account in addition with landscaped zones, fruit trees, individual spaces of recreation, swimming pools, exotic barbecue and birds; all it is presided over by a paved with stones patio of canary style where the wonderful scent of the flowers and the vegetation acquire a very special protagonism. “The Site of the House” is oriented towards the Southeastern of the island and is seated on the North face of the Precipice of Edge, of which it has natural wonderful views and where they emphasize the basalt formation. The channel of the precipice leads our glance towards the Atlantic Ocean whose light and color catch “to us”. All these characteristics do of “the Site of the House” an ideal refuge that it tries to please to most demanding at our visitors and in whom it will be able to enjoy a placentera stay, special nights where the stars in the calm and harmony can be seen that the nature offers us.
